Every session at REDZ is designed to help you enjoy football at your own pace and level, while developing your technical ability, fitness, and love for the game.
5-a-Side Football
Our 5-a-side sessions offer the perfect balance of competition and fun. Join one of our local leagues to test your skills against other teams, or simply book the pitch for a friendly kickabout with friends. Fast-paced and full of energy, it’s football how it’s meant to be played.
REDZ 1-2-1 Coaching
For players looking for a more personal approach, our 1-2-1 coaching sessions provide focused technical development and skill training. Our experienced coaches will work directly with you to improve ball control, movement, and game understanding — helping you take your game to the next level.
REDZ Small Group Training
If you prefer to train as part of a small, motivated group, our small group sessions combine technical drills with small-sided games. These sessions are perfect for developing teamwork, creativity, and tactical awareness in a supportive environment.
REDZ Academy
For young players with ambition, our REDZ Academy provides a structured development pathway. Through professional coaching, small group work, and competitive play, we help players build confidence, develop elite-level skills, and prepare for the next stage of their football journey. At the Academy, it’s time to level up.
Youth Club
Our Youth Club provides a fun, welcoming and safe environment where young people in Bourne can make friends, build confidence and enjoy a wide range of activities.
From exciting games and creative challenges to learning new skills and simply spending time with friends, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Our experienced team is committed to creating a positive space where every child feels included, supported and valued.
We currently run Youth Club every Wednesday evening, with session times varying depending on the age group. Our sessions are open to children and young people aged 6 to 16 years.

These session’s are high energy, high intensity, physically demanding and would be delivered by Glenn, Redz owner of whom is a UEFA B coach, FA level 2 talent identification and has a number of years working in the professional games with Peterborough Utd FC, Nottingham Forest FC & Leicester City FC
